I offer a No Fix No Fee Guarantee where if I am unable to diagnose the fault or unable to repair the item due to the nature of the fault I will not charge a diagnosis fee. The only costs to the customer would be for postage and packaging to return the item if they have chosen a post in repair.

Exclusions to the No Fix No Fee Guarantee any previous repair attempts not disclosed on booking with myself will render the No Fix No Fee Guarantee null and void and the customer will be charged the normal service rate of £40/Hour plus Parts.
